The Epic Nine Client Portal is designed to help streamline project communication, approvals, and billing. If you have an active project with us, you will see it here. Sometimes you might have general tasks, or tasks that are related to a project specifically. You can view all your open tasks and completed tasks here.
For logos, websites, and other design projects, you will have the opportunity to approve or request revisions on the Approval Requests page. The number of design revisions that are included with your project will be visible from this page as well as previous versions of the design. Unfortunately, previous revisions aren’t available for web designs since we often use separate software to demo websites.
Your billing can also be found here. If you have projects or invoices that are older, they can be found in Harvest. The link to your harvest invoices will be displayed on your billing page.
Additional users and billing contacts: If you would like to add additional users to your account or add billing users, please let our team know support@epicnine.com. Once a billing contact is set, they alone will be able to pay invoices.
